

It all started with my Great Grandmother who wanted to use up the oddments in the larder. Why "Stuff"? Well Grandad could never quite remember how to refer it, so he just used to ask for "some of that stuff" - and " Stuff " stayed
Serves : 6 Prep/Cooking Time : 15mins
Tip : This is great for freezing, as it can defrost while you are out and then it is ready when you come home and want your supper!

Using a Large Saucepan, tip in the tomatoes & the Worcestershire sauce and on a medium heat, cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced
Add the tomato puree and stir in well, followed by the egg, then mix and cook for a further 5 minutes
Add the cheese whilst hot and stir until well combined together and season to taste.
Spoon into individual ramekin dishes, cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for an hour.
Serve with your choice of...........whatever!
