Cooking in the halogen will give you a lovely potato, fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outer.
Serves : 4 Prep/Cooking Time : 45 mins
Tip : If you are using much larger potatoes, then they may need an hour but as you use your halogen, you will soon get to know how long they need to get the best results. You can wrap in tin foil to speed up the process.
Wash and prick the potato and place in the halogen oven on the bottom rack.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle a little sea salt over the top to give the skin a crisp finish.
Set the timer button to 40 minutes and set the temperature to 200ºC.
Remove and serve with the topping of your choice! Its as easy as that!
